License terms for our apps.

This EULA is a binding agreement between you (the “End User”) and OKO230688 LLC, a private limited company registered in Tbilisi, Georgia. If you are accepting this EULA on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Licensed Application on any Apple- or other- branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, except as expressly permitted by the distribution platform's usage rules.

You agree that you will not:

• copy, modify, translate, adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Licensed Application, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits;
• rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise transfer the Licensed Application to any third party;
• remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on or in the Licensed Application;
• use the Licensed Application in violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right.

The Licensed Application is licensed, not sold. Licensor and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Licensed Application, including all intellectual property rights therein. No rights are granted other than those expressly stated in this EULA.

Licensor may, from time to time, provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Licensed Application. These may be installed automatically and may add, change, or remove features. Continued use of the Licensed Application following any such update constitutes acceptance of the updated Licensed Application.

The Licensed Application processes personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You consent to such processing as a condition of using the Licensed Application.

Any content displayed in the Licensed Application — including information about blockchain addresses, tokens, sanctions, or counterparties — is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, regulatory, or anti-money-laundering advice, nor an offer or recommendation to engage in any transaction. You are solely responsible for your own compliance and decisions.

The Licensed Application is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Licensor does not warrant that the Licensed Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Licensed Application. Licensor's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Licensed Application in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 50, whichever is greater.

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the Licensed Application and delete all copies in your possession.

For Licensed Applications distributed through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this EULA is between you and Licensor only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Licensed Application or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the Licensed Application. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and upon your acceptance Apple will have the right to enforce it against you.

This EULA is governed by the laws of Georgia, excluding its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
